  1. This DVD is a high intensity workout, but feels unorganized and even occasionally contradictory. I have a copy of the Aerobic Cardio Blast, and while the moves are a bit tricky and take some practice, the instructions are straight forward and consistent. Several times during the Total Body Sports Conditioning DVD the instructions and expectations were not clear. It feels a bit more spontaneous, perhaps in an effort to give one the freedom to make more individual decisions. But if you are looking for a directed, clear, organized workout routine I would suggest the Aerobic Cardio Blast.

    This is great treadmill workout with 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Love the weights sections. The cardio part is as challenging as you want it to be; same with the strength/floor work. This is by far the best in the series. The other dvds have moves that are a bit tricky and make you feel like you will fall off the treadmill. I wish they would come out with other dvds more like this one!
