I did lots of research before I purchased my new treadmill, this has by far the best warrenty on it. I have been usining it everyday to do my cardio, I enjoy the intervall workout, it is sturdy enough to jog on and not fee like you are going to fall over.

We have been really pleased with this purchase. The T91 is a well-built, solid treadmill that is easy to set up. It does fold up but, since it is quite heavy, it is best left in place as much as possible. Controls are simple and performance is perfectly adequate for people like us who want to use it to lose weight and improve general fitness. It provides speeds up to 10 mph and inclines to 10%. To move it one lifts the walking platform up to almost vertical (maybe 70 degrees) and then can push it on its wheels. The booklet that comes with the unit is actually written in very good clear English.

Not gym quality, as expected… Overall it’s not a bad treadmill, from what I can see, but the belt leaves a lot to be desired. This is why the review is so bad, because I never ever got the belt centered. I’ve been trying for weeks to get this thing centered, but keep giving up. It’s frustrating, because I get it centered then start walking and in a few minutes it’s over to the side again. The problem is that the belt is too narrow for the area, so there are a few inches of space on either side so it floats around. I’ve only been able to walk 2-3 mph and only for a few minutes. The belt is also extremely thin. I’ve never seen a belt so thin in any gym… Other than that, the incline seems to work nicely, and the panels are easy to understand. Not too thrilled about the key feature (if I ever lost it the treadmill would be useless and they only give you one..)
Customer service is non-existent, basically. I sent 2 or 3 emails (because there is NO PHONE NUMBER on their site) and only received a response to one message, which took them 5 or 6 days to respond to. Didn’t help either, was canned. I asked for help with the belt, and told them not to send me the same instructions in the booklet, because I already tried that… They sent me the same instructions in the booklet…
Forget about returning it too, way to expensive to ship and taking it apart would be a nightmare… If I ever get the belt going, I’ll update my review…
